We also automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including device information, IP address, browser type, app usage patterns, and performance data from mock tests and study sessions.
Account Information
When you register for an EsLearn account, we collect your email address, phone number, and password (stored in encrypted form). You may also provide optional profile information such as your target exam, study goals, and demographic details to personalize your experience.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We implement single-device session management to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Usage Analytics
We collect analytics data about how you interact with EsLearn, including pages visited, features used, mock test scores, study time, and learning progress. This data helps us improve our platform and provide personalized recommendations.
Usage analytics are aggregated and anonymized where possible. Individual performance data is used solely to enhance your learning experience and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI Tutor Data
When you interact with our AI Tutor, we process your questions, responses, and conversation history to provide explanations and personalized guidance. This data is used to improve AI responses and tailor recommendations to your learning needs.
AI Tutor conversations may be reviewed in anonymized form for quality assurance and model improvement. We do not use your personal AI conversations for advertising or sell them to third parties.

EsLearn is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
