By accessing or using EsLearn's website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EsLearn after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

EsLearn implements single-device login for security. Logging in on a new device will revoke sessions on other devices. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

EsLearn offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to premium features such as unlimited mock tests, advanced AI tutor usage, and detailed analytics. Pricing and features are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account settings or app store subscription management.

Mock tests are provided for educational and practice purposes. Test content, questions, and scoring are proprietary to EsLearn and our content partners.

You may not copy, distribute, screenshot, or share mock test questions or answers with third parties. Attempting to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate test access is strictly prohibited.

The AI Tutor is designed to assist with learning and doubt resolution. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors. Always verify critical information against official sources and study materials.

AI Tutor usage may be subject to daily or monthly quotas based on your subscription plan. Misuse, including spam, harassment, or attempts to extract training data, may result in account suspension.

All content on EsLearn — including text, graphics, logos, software, mock tests, study materials, and AI-generated explanations — is owned by EsLearn or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal study purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from EsLearn content without written permission.

Refunds for subscription purchases are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed (Google Play or Apple App Store). Direct purchases through our website may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if no premium content has been substantially accessed.

Contact support@eslearn.in for refund requests. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of terms violation or abuse.

You agree not to: violate any applicable laws; infringe intellectual property rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools to scrape content; impersonate others; or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or harms other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You may delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. EsLearn may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

EsLearn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee exam success, job placement, or accuracy of all content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EsLearn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to EsLearn in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
